The game begins with an emergency crash landing: the ship falls onto Gaia, a once-thriving civilization now reduced to ruins. As a leading scientist from Earth, the player must explore and gather resources for survival in Gaia’s harsh environment — gradually uncovering the forgotten glory and downfall of this deserted world.
Explore the planet → Gather resources → Organize inventory strategies → Survive encounters → Upgrade gear and repair the ship → Venture deeper into Gaia.
The core mechanism is structured around survival. Players must continuously acquire survival resources that sustain basic needs, and industrial resources for technology development.There are four catagories of technology: exploration, living, survival and industrial. All represented in card form. Players strategically place cards onto grid-based map according to their functionality.
At the current stage of development, we realized that the game had become overly complex, with too many parameters and systems increasing both development difficulty and production time. To address this, we are actively refining and simplifying the gameplay loop, focusing on reducing player learning costs while maintaining the core strategic depth of the grid-based system. Rather than expanding the game through excessive mechanics, we aim to concentrate on the most meaningful systems and ensure that the core loop remains clear, engaging, and sustainable for both players and development.
